2. Products

  • We sell physical paperback books.

  • All descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur.

  • Product availability is subject to stock.


3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (if applicable), exact payment must be made at the time of delivery.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days.

  • Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner (generally 5–9 working days).

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are allowed only if a damaged or wrong book is delivered.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email at bylaliofficialstore@gmail.com.

  • Once verified, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Books delivered in good condition are non-returnable.


6. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, content, book images, and designs on our website are the property of ByLali.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • We take care to provide accurate product information, but errors may occur.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our website or services.


8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
