We sell physical paperback books.
All descriptions, images, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur.
Product availability is subject to stock.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
For Cash-on-Delivery (if applicable), exact payment must be made at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days.
Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner (generally 5–9 working days).
We are not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are allowed only if a damaged or wrong book is delivered.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email at bylaliofficialstore@gmail.com.
Once verified, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Books delivered in good condition are non-returnable.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, content, book images, and designs on our website are the property of ByLali.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We take care to provide accurate product information, but errors may occur.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our website or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
